Joel A. Halpern Memorial Scholarship

To provide scholarship support to a member of the incoming freshman class of the University at a campus in Pleasantville. Preference will be given to students from Westchester County, New York, in recognition of the contributions made by the late Joel Halpern to the enrichment of the cultural and educational environment of the County of Westchester. The scholarship will be renewed in the sophomore, junior, and senior years provided that the recipient continues to qualify for financial aid according to University guidelines.
